Spicy Avocado Mousse


2 ripe avocados

½ cup coconut cream

2 tspn vanilla essence

½ cup cocoa powder, sifted

1/3 cup honey

½ cup dark chocolate, melted

Cape Herb & Spice Sriracha Chilli Seasoning


  • Scoop the avo out of their skins and into a mixing bowl, adding the rest of the ingredients including a healthy sprinkling of Cape Herb & Spice Sriracha Chilli Seasoning
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in glass ramekins topped with broken chunks of dark chocolate and a dusting of Sriracha chilli.
