SRIRACHA CHILLI AVOCADO EGG

Breakfast, lunch or sups - really, this is a goodie for your recipe bag!
-YOU WILL NEED-
2 ripe avocados
4 tspn Cape Herb & Spice Sriracha Chilli
4 strips bacon (slightly cooked)
Fresh herbs (suggest, chopped chives)
-HOW IT'S DONE-
Cut the avocado’s in half and remove a little of the flesh from each before arranging the avos on a baking tray. Carefully place one egg in the centre of each avocado half and sprinkle 1 tspn Cape Herb & Spice Sriracha Chilli onto each egg (add more if desired). Cut the bacon into pieces and sprinkle over each of your avos. Pop into the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes at 220ºC. Remove and top with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and serve with roasted/ fresh vine tomatoes for an added splash of colour on the plate.
