Sales Coordinator

The export division of Cape Herb & Spice is now looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join the team.  The role covers the sales and project management required to ensure on time delivery of our products to our largest international markets and will require an extremely self-motivated and highly disciplined individual to be successful.

Duties and responsibilities
-    Assisting with the management of international customer accounts including:
•    General customer communication
•    Providing general assistance to Key account Manager (team leader)
•    Sales planning and forecasting
•    Monitoring order execution
•    Coordinating cross departmental communication
•    Assisting with new business development
•    Assisting with new product development, innovation, and execution

•    Highly organized
•    Commercially minded with strong numeracy skills
•    Ability to drive various teams to achieve objectives
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Strong written communication and ability to convey information clearly and concisely
•    Cool & Calm under pressure
•    Competent in MS Office
•    Attention to detail
•    Strong problem-solving capabilities
•    Enthusiastic and energetic
•    Ability to work in a team and independently

Qualifications & Experience:
•    BCOM degree/equivalent
•    Sales, KAM or Project Management experience would be advantageous 
•    Experience in FMCG and / or export sales would be advantageous
